Tele-Forums

More and more regional, national and international organizations are using Tele-Forums as a way to conveniently and cost-effectively share information with their members and staff. Conducted by facilitated telephone conference call, individuals participate in the convenience of their office -- or their home -- with no travel expense. Tele-Forums are conducted weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, depending on the group. They are usually 60 minutes in length and are highly interactive.

Tele-Forums can include topics such as:

Tele-Forum agendas can be planned well in advance or just prior to each call to address current issues. They can include an external speaker, an internal presenter, or a group facilitator. They can feature emailed materials in advance and/or follow-up materials subsequent to the call. They are flexible in subject matter, structure, and length.
